How does pricing work — setup versus ongoing maintenance?
Two clear parts. Setting up infrastructure and pipelines is a scoped one-off project with a realistic quote before you commit. Ongoing maintenance runs on a monthly retainer sized to your needs — patches, updates, monitoring and support — which you can scale up or down as things change. No open-ended hourly meter.
How do the maintenance retainers work?
A retainer is a fixed monthly agreement covering an agreed scope — security updates, dependency bumps, performance tuning, monitoring and a set response for incidents. You get predictable cost and a team that already knows your system, and you can adjust or end it as your needs change. There is no long lock-in.
Which clouds do you work with?
AWS, Google Cloud, Azure and plain container platforms — we work with what fits your product and team rather than forcing one. If you have no preference we will recommend the honest best fit for your workload, budget and where your team already has skills.
Can you take over an existing or legacy setup?
Yes. We can adopt infrastructure someone else built, tidy up a setup that has drifted, or bring a legacy deployment under proper CI/CD and monitoring. We assess it first so you know exactly what you are working with and what it will take before we commit to a plan.
How do you handle security and updates?
